Kenna Recruitment (Formally known as Kenna Associates) isa professional recruitment consultancy for the construction sector. The Directors at Kenna commissioned Tapestry to rebrand the company in order to increase brand awareness with a clean, dynamic, contemporary look and feel which had been lacking from the previous identity.After researching the sector and studying direct competition we developed and presented 4 concepts that reflected the brief and the clear ethos that Kenna Recruitment was trying to show. A concept was chosen and from there we developed a brand that was engaging, consistent and had the flexibility to work across all platforms to move the business forward.
Creating a word mark and symbol that could easily be pulled apart and interlinked provided flexibility for the brand’s implementation. It became easy to apply the brand across stationary material as well as the interior design of Kenna Recruitment’s head offices.“Formally Kenna Associates we felt wasn’t specific or targeted enough in our branding. Our rebrand will help us to engage with our customers more successfully, make an impact in regards to advertising and general market awareness.
